How our service works!

Reservation

First you make a reservation either online or over the phone.

We will need to know detailed information about each person renting such as their height, weight, shoe size, etc.

At the time of the reservation, we will require credit or debit card information, and a deposit of 10% of the whole transaction will be charged to your card to secure your reservation. The remaining amount of the transaction will be charged upon delivery of your equipment.

Delivery

We enable you to avoid the lines and crowds of rental shops by delivering the equipment you requested right to your front door.

Our expert rental technicians will take the time, in the comfort of your living room or hotel, to ensure that you have exactly the right equipment, perfectly fitted and adjusted to your individual style and skill level.

Our vans are stocked with a full range of sizes of extra equipment in order to ensure that we are able to attain our goal of your complete satisfaction.

With our service, you are free to enjoy maximum time on the slopes.

Returning Equipment

Once you've finished skiing on your last day (or even better; before your last day of skiing), simply give us a call and we will coordinate a time to pick up all of your equipment.
